AT&T Store

I been with the company for a long time and I really like it

Only in for a SIM card replacement and found it very crowded and the agent (working the entire store) too not be staffed up enough for the store traffic. The agent was great and process was easy enough however. Good overall experience.

I had 2 different issues that needed to be resolved when I walked into our local AT&T store last Saturday morning. Donovan was fantastic! He was the only employee in the store that day. Donovan was calm, patient and very knowledgeable about his job. He was kind and professional. What would have normally been a tense and frustrating situation was enjoyable and easy…even with the technology challenges that occurred. Thank you, Donovan for everything!

Niki was extremely helpful! I had ran over and crushed my old phone and she still found a way to get all my information to my new phone. Super friendly and quick service too! I will travel now to this store because of the great service.
